The experience of navigating multiple worlds, code-switching, and searching for a sense of home within yourself. We explore intergenerational trauma, cultural multiplicity, and the quiet grief of not quite fitting anywhere.

Healing from relational trauma, reclaiming your voice, and learning to trust your own reality. We work with the impact of growing up in environments where your needs were invisible or your sense of self was shaped by someone else's narrative.

How we work together
My aim in therapy is to help people reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been shaped, silenced, or overshadowed by life experiences. Through this process, many people begin to rediscover their own agency, inner strength, and sense of belonging within themselves. A feeling of coming home to who they truly are.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you or erasing your story. Instead, it’s your space where you can slow down, breathe, and gently explore what has been carried, forgotten, or pushed aside. We move at a pace that feels right for you, honouring your nervous system, your cultural context, and your lived experience.
My approach is integrative and relational. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, and attachment-based theories, alongside somatic and transpersonal practices, to create a flexible and responsive way of working that is shaped around your unique needs.
