Overview

I am a UKCP-registered integrative transpersonal psychotherapist offering individual therapy to adults (18+) online across the UK and in-person in London W2. My approach combines psychodynamic, humanistic, and attachment-based theories with somatic and transpersonal practices, creating a flexible and responsive therapeutic space that honours the complexity of each client's experience.

I work with clients navigating a range of presenting issues, with particular depth and experience in the areas outlined below.

Practical Information

 

Fees & Availability:

  • Fee: £80 per 50-minute session

  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm

  • Delivery: Online (UK-wide) and in-person (London W2)

  • Reduced fees: Limited spaces available

How to Refer a Client

I welcome referrals from GPs, other therapists, and community organisations. The referral process is straightforward:

  1. Ask your client to book a free 15-minute consultation call directly via my website.

  2. During the consultation, we'll discuss their needs and see if we're a good fit.

  3. If we proceed, we'll arrange the first full session and begin the work.

I do not require a formal referral letter, though you're welcome to provide one if it's helpful. I will always respect client confidentiality and will only communicate with referring professionals with the client's explicit consent.
