How to Begin
We start with a free 15-minute consultation call. This is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy, ask any questions you might have, and get a sense of whether we feel like a good fit. There's no obligation to continue after this call—it's simply a space for us to meet and explore whether this work feels right for you.
If we both feel that we're a good match, we'll arrange our first full session. In that first session, we'll talk more about what you're hoping to work on, how therapy will work, and any practicalities (like frequency, fees, and confidentiality). From there, we'll begin the work at a pace that feels right for you.
Individual Therapy Sessions
Session Details:
Duration: 50 minutes per session
Fee: £80 per session
Frequency: Typically weekly, though we can discuss what works best for you
Delivery Options:
Online (UK-wide) Secure video sessions via a GDPR-compliant platform. All you need is a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
In-Person (London W2) Sessions held in a comfortable, confidential therapy room in London W2, close to Paddington and Warwick Avenue stations.
Reduced Fees
I hold a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for clients who are unable to afford my full fee. If you're interested in discussing a reduced fee, please mention this when you book your consultation call. I ask that you be honest about your financial situation, as these spaces are limited and I want to ensure they go to those who need them most.
