One-Day Workshop

Multiplicity of the Mixed-Race Experience

A grounded, accessible introduction to mapping mixed-race multiplicity and building resilience.

A simple way to stay in the loop.

Why this matters

Speaking is invited, never demanded. Mixed race experience isn’t only an identity label for many of us; it lives in the body. We are often read before we’re known, and over time we adapt: hiding parts, translating ourselves, staying vigilant, staying quiet.

This workshop offers a held, transpersonal space to meet that inner world with care. Through guided reflection, symbolism, and consent-led sharing, we name what helped you survive without shame and begin the slow work of integration. Not to reduce you. To help you remember who you are.

Trauma-aware and nervous-system attuned, with spacious breaks and clear choices throughout.

  • Consent-led and choice-based. You choose your level of participation

  • Culturally sensitive and identity-affirming

  • Grounded, resourced, and paced
