A steady space to make sense of what you’re carrying

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift, or disconnected from yourself in ways that are hard to explain. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, reflect, and begin to feel more grounded and connected again.

You might recognise yourself here

  • Feeling overwhelmed or low

A sense of heaviness, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion that’s difficult to move through alone.

  • Repeating patterns in relationships

Finding yourself in similar dynamics, struggling with boundaries, or feeling unsure of your needs.

  • Disconnected or unsure of yourself

A sense of not fully knowing who you are, or feeling distant from your body, emotions, or direction.

A place to slow down and make sense

Therapy gives a steady, trauma-aware space to explore what’s happening in your life and the core patterns underneath it.

Together, we can begin to understand how your experiences, relationships, and environment have formed how you feel and respond. In a typical session, you can expect space to share at your own pace, gentle exploration of your thoughts and feelings, and opportunities to notice how your body responds. Sessions often include reflection, conversation, and sometimes grounding techniques to help you stay present. This includes working with thoughts, emotions, and the body at a pace that feels manageable.

Over time, this can support you to feel more grounded, develop self-trust, and relate to yourself and others with greater clarity along with care.

How I work

My approach is integrative, relational, and body-aware. I draw on psychodynamic, humanistic, and transpersonal psychotherapy, with attention to trauma, culture, and the nervous system.

In practice, this means we gently explore what you’re experiencing now and the patterns beneath it. Nothing is forced, we work at a pace your nervous system can trust.

It's for anyone ready to stop performing and start remembering who they truly are.

About me

I’m an integrative, transpersonal psychotherapist and a UKCP-registered therapist. I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.

My work is informed by both clinical training and a culturally sensitive perspective. I commonly support clients with areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. If identity, belonging, or experiences of being misunderstood are part of your story, there is space to explore this in an approach that feels meaningful to you.

Clients often describe the space as calm, reflective, and gently challenging.

Fees

My fee is £100 per 50-minute session.

A small number of reduced-fee spaces are available for those experiencing financial constraints. These are limited and offered on a case-by-case basis.

Sessions are available online across the UK and in person in London. If you have specific accessibility needs or other requirements, please let me know. I work to create a welcoming, helpful environment for all clients and am happy to discuss accommodations to make sessions easier to access and comfortable for you.
